Intellectual Properties Counsel
San Francisco, CA
As Intellectual Property Counsel at PAL-K Dynamics, the role holder is expected to interpret and draft agreements and contracts related to intellectual property (IP) that are relevant to PAL-K Dynamics’ proprietary inventions and technologies.
The Counsel is also required to negotiate and finalise license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, manufacturing agreements, and supply agreements from time to time. The IP counsel work closely with PAL-K Dynamics management to review and advice on company inventions and innovations to determine whether they can be patented. The Counsel would also draft and file the paperwork necessary to obtain patents for those inventions.
Also, Intellectual Property Counsel will assist with franchising, distribution, and technology transfers.
The successful candidate for this position will play an important role in maintaining and growing our trademark and patent portfolio and protecting our brand and brand relationships.

Head of Innovation

The Head of Innovation at PAL-K leads a team of designers, architects, programmers, engineers, and other professionals involved in life-cycle development of innovation that are proprietary to the company.
This position is responsible for driving innovation throughout the organization. The Head of the Lab creates vision for future projects and products based on research and data analysis of competitors’ offerings and market trends. The position works closely with a variety of different teams and departments to identify new opportunities, generate ideas, and implement new processes or products. Innovation
Head will be heavily involved in developing marketing strategies, creating product designs, managing production schedules, etc. This is a key position who conceptualizes end-to-end technology and data-based delivery models aligning to changing business and market scenarios.

We are looking for an established professional with experience in driving customer research and business innovations in AI, Robotics, Immersive Customer Experience, IOT and Blockchain technology domains. A background in marketing, research and development, product development, or strategy is recommended. Creation of IP based research products and platforms for customers in the emerging technology business will be an added advantage.
Finance Controller

At PAL-K Dynamics, the Financial Controller (FC) is responsible for financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
The main focus of FC is to ensure expenses are in line with Company’s strategic objectives and thus optimally use the investments for the company's financial health. Financial Controller oversees the financial planning & analysis, monitor accounting function and integrate finance operations across PAL-K Dynamics’ business divisions.
In addition, FC is also responsible for, forecasting & budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability. FC will design and develop financial models and cash flow projections and make recommendations for future activities such as marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.
Design Engineer
